What I'm Loving Wednesday

It’s been a hot minute since the last time I posted one of these, but you all voted and most of you wanted to bring it back. Which let’s be honest, I am super excited about!!! I swear I have just been stockpiling a list of things I want to share with you guys since the last one of these posts.

Since the majority of the day and most of my time is spent taking care of my little people, I thought it would be fun to start by sharing a few favorites with them in mind. Let’s get to it!

This water tablet- The Melissa & Doug ‘water wow!’ tablets have been around for a while now, but we absolutely love them! We keep one in the car at all times and have a couple at home as well. This is the perfect no-mess activity and is an easy distraction for kiddos. Bonus- they are super compact so they can easily be thrown in the diaper bag!

This lip balm- Can you ever really go wrong with Burt’s Bees?! I personally don’t think so. This is probably one of my most used items per day. A diaper bag and car must-have. I love the pomegranate because it leaves a little color, and the ultra-conditioning one is a life (and lip) saver during these winter months.

These baby booties- I am sure all of you Mamas know how hard it is to try and keep your little ones’ socks on. Struggle no more! With the temps dropping here in Ohio I was desperate to find something Clara wouldn’t be able to take off by herself, then I found these! They are super reasonably priced and keep her little toes nice and warm. Amazon for the win again!

This magic cream- Not sure stretch mark cream could really be magic, but I am going to say it is! Three full pregnancies later and my body is definitely not the same. Each of my babies left me with ‘love marks’ in new places. While I fully embrace them and my Mom bod, I thought I would try to see if I could make them a little less visible. This did the trick and more! It goes on smooth, isn’t greasy, and smells great too!

These felt bows- I found Tilly Rose on IG and instantly knew I had to have some of their bows. Lord knows I have dreamed of having a little girl to put bows and headbands on for YEARS, so these seriously make my Mama heart so happy! I love the nylon headband, it is super gentle and doesn’t leave a mark like some other materials. Felt bows are by far my favorite because they hold their shape, and I love the bit of texture to them as well.

We have family photos tonight, and I cannot wait to see Clara in one of her new bows. I’m hoping that since I started her young she’ll enjoy them as she gets older. Also, praying she has a love of neutrals as much as I do. A Mama can hope, right?! It is such a gift to have someone else behind the lens capturing these sweet fleeting moments of time.
